can't find the coordinates from the clue, i tried some clue coordinate finders but can't find the coordinates to this one... anyone know what they are? or can you ecomend a good clue helping site? thx

West of the Tree Gnome Village, almost directly south of the fruit tree farming patch. On the other side of the river from the observatory.
RS Wiki has a screenshot too, but not enough chars left.
