If you lose the ghostly robes (not the ones from the christmas event), Can you replace them? If so, how?

I talked to them, they won't give them to me.
gotta talk to them in the proper order just like you did the first time you obtained them. if they aren't giving them to you then you still have them somewhere, check your house
