So im going on a trip (wow) (i know lol) *random* and i was wondering how to get movies onto my ipod touch, Any help is appreciated :D Spank you O_O

With iTunes?
Get your files into mp4 format, then it should be a simple drag-and-drop.

you can download them from the itunes store or you can import them if you have a digit copy
You need a programme that converts videos to a format playable by your iPod touch. http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod-touch/ here's what I used for my normal iPod.
Download movies in .mp4 format. When searching for movies if you're "searching" for them, what I do is just type in ".mp4" and then have your pick at what's there.
So where can i download movies?
just download them frm limewire, make sure its a mp4 and whn its done just drag into itunes library

I doubt itunes will give you viruses. Illegally = virus.
Can't be talking about anything illegal on here. Using the iTunes store as suggested is probably the best method...
