Wow this must mean Guns are coming to Runescape! Yay! We can now one hit everything, not just most things!
not really, if we see a gramophone now does that mean where from the 1800's. it can be a artifact from the past O.o
well then either way it would mean guns. and guns were around before the 1800s anyways.
As far as I know, mind runes were not invented by the 1800s...
maybe the government has been creating new types of weapons called "runes"... who really knows :P
rune stones already exist. then again they aren't actually useful for much other than meager norse fortune telling.
People didn't wear suits of armour and slay dragons in the 1800s
