Cooking, whats the fastest method from 65 to 75. I need it to also be cost effective too.

Probably lobsters. If you use cooking gauntlets you shouldn't burn any after 68.
Tuna isn't that expensive and is pretty good.
Btw, I have 99 cooking :P
By the way, 65-75 will cost 522k if you do lobsters.
