that happened to me, here is a hint, don't start the quest till you have atleast 60 agility, you won't fail that often if you have 60. =D

king auto sends you a letter to start the quest after completing underground pass. happens to everyone no matter what level they're at.
*anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure I'm right*
