what level do slayer monster drops start to get good?

75+ really.

Matthew is right, once you get around the 85 range you really start making fast cash if you sell everything from tasks though

75+ is good money, but 85+ is great. 65+ is only dust devils... Those aren't really that great.

True, you can still rack up some nice cash from rune drops and possibly a dragon drop. Not to mention clue scrolls :)

I never make great cash from slayer and I'm 81. I'd say you make great cash at 83+ (sp mages, abyssals, dark beasts).
