Avast antivirus released a crap update today that thinks every program you have is a virus. Even Spybot of all things is listed as a trojan.

If you're on Windows, and you're on something XP, Vista, or Windows 7 (server editions don't count here) go with Microsoft Security Essentials. You don't get the BS, and it's 100% free, with WGA pass
