yesss only need 1 herblore lvl and the underground pass quest to do the legend's quest =] btw go 4 herblore lvls from those two lamps (20k xp)

44 is what I started Legends with. Just use a Greenman's Ale when you talk to the person to begin the quest and you'll be all set =D
ok =] but i just gotta finish the underground pass my most hateful quest ive done -.-
