For the 5th anagram clue, go to Roddeck in Lumbridge, just north of the musician and have 234 gp, 3 eggs and 8 chisels in your inventory. You will get Magnifying Glass as reward, congratulations!

the item clue was an anagram that was later stated by mod howes to point to a place in the forums...
"active game player rescues our cliff imp"
=
"creative game play forum specific rules"
which then had the hint for the items at the bottom of the rule's list.
The forum is under active gameplayer.
