Wait what? Irit seeds up 1,135.1% over 180 days and Irit herbs are down. What's happening here?

It's happening to most herbs/seeds it seems. I'm guessing people are growing herbs like crazy because they will most likely all go up when Fairytale 3 comes out in a few weeks.
Assuming of course that Fairytale 3 will have uber high farming and herblore requirements.
