He does quests before guides are up? Hahaha, Rune Wiki has the quest guide up before the quest is released. :D (sarcasm but they actually do get the guide up in the first 20 minutes or so.)
I hope it wasn't literally meant that quest guides are required. In order for there to be a guide, at least someone would of had to complete it themselves.
