The people I live with are playing MW:2 and causing RS to lag and I log out everything 10min. I want to get them back; should I seed or download? Which takes up more bandwidth?

Go find an torrent of Linux.
and of course your average 10 tabs of youtube vids a couple songs few flash ad intensive pages
^ make it more and dl/ seed the biggest things you can find while playing as manny games as possible
Seeding will probably max out your connection more easily. Cruel, though... XD
Well I'm to this point; I was Slayering and I kept clicking my ppot and it wouldn't drink and my character kept dying and almost k0ed ... really just tired of logging out every 10min.
I have 18 seeds running; highest I've seen so far is 200 kB/s. That's good/bad right?

Like Tal said, you should get a Linux torrent. Doubt you'd get higher speeds on anything else.
