I managed to get two left half skulls while training in the Security Stronghold so I thought I'd get the rest for the sake of it... Ranging Capabletons at the moment from a safe spot. ;)

Be sure to start the achievement diary before you use it for the free task accomplishment!
Oh yeah... I got the scepter pretty quickly anyway, I guess I'll be saving it for when I get members back. :P
