ok- im debating going for overload i need to know
a)does using brews with it reduce magic down to 0 if you don't super restore
b) if ^ is true, does it negatively affect Bandos solo too much?

They return to 125 after 15 seconds I think
I don't get it. Only veng is used at bandos. Not many use it.
Magic affects your magic defence
Lower magic means you'll get hit more by the mage. No personal experience, but I think the bonuses would more than make up for the difference.
Eh is it really that important? Riceay got 11 bandos kills with overloads and brews.
