lol off to run ubuntu from live cd, partition a drive, get pictures off the other partition, reinstall windows. all because little kids broke my soon to be aunts computer lol.

why are you putting ubuntu on a computer then taking it off and putting windows on it?
Run linux live, plug in usb drive, get pictures?
it was far more complicated then that as there are 200gb of pictures so i changed my tactics and i was to lazy so i had my Microsoft buddy do it for me.
