When I play call of duty on my PC for some reason it loads the maps really slow. By the time i get into a domination game the flags are already captured, is there anything I can do to load faster?

On the crafting calculator in Tip.it it says "Glass orb + Air Battlestaff" does that mean charging the orb or making my own orb and charging it?
