I have a weird question about Skyrim, I can't seem to unlock shouts. I read it off the wall, then I killed a few dragon and it's still greyed out in my shouts list.
I've killed about 5 or 6 Dragons

Intense, I ran inside only to return to only one. The other is still out there...
Do Dragons have a weak spot? A Dragon reared up and I it in shot in the chest, died instantly. Bug?

How long approximately will it take for the economy to become relatively stable again.
I know there was a lot of over stock from the bots when they went down, how long until over stock is gone
