So I went through around 2 sets of Barbarian Assault as a level 5 healer and got to the less than 1/4 remaining mark. I then used the full charge at the Gnome Advanced Agility Course

Just tested the penance horn from an almost quarter charge to empty. It gives about 200k extra exp with agility at the gnome advanced course from a full charge.
