Is it the "guide" from the Underground Pass quest? I can't exactly remember his name, but he stands outside the Underground Pass main entrance in West Ardy... I think his name starts with K, but I'm not sure.

yeah you just kill that iban deciple then it will drop the "broken"iban staff then you just go to the "K" dude and he'll fix it for 200k (too much money if you ask me)

Umm...doesn't LUCIEN or LUCION fix it? Person for ikov.......i think runehq says that...im pretty sure its him.
