Depends on what level you are?
For medium level, I'd suggest Jail Guards or black knights in the wild.

I'd consider 32 Attack low. Medium 60-70 Attack. High 70-80+ =\. Simply because the difference in levels is like...

32-33 (5K xp max?) 60-61 (10K+) 87-88 (380K+)

Yeah, it's pretty much the only way to AFK in free since all wilderness monsters attack you automatically

I am level 85 Combat.

I might try the hob gobs in wildy like Hello said. But are these like all other monsters? Once you kill a certain number of them, do they become non agressive?

Might not be the best idea to afk train in the wild because I or other pkers might come along and kill you.

AFK melee isnt that easy to do. And yes, hobs become no n agressive, but as long as you move to a different part of the hob mines, then they will att u again.

never afk in wild lol inless u want to die and have a quick trip to lumby....

gd place is spiders in varrock sewers back your self against a wall and make sure only a few can attack at once 8)

you could do ice warriors or giants in the gave where the blurite is they auto attack.
For the other guy i suggest maybe skeletons i think they auto attack...

hmm don't AFK train on ice warriors , they'll hit too often on your defence level.. hmm i can't really think of anything...

well im F2P right now and i'm doing nothing but training im currently combat lvl 88 and i switch from lesser demons and white knights (lessers give more exp) but require more food :(
