Google Adsense

Recently Youtube invited me to monetize my videos so I tried it out.

I've been making $2-10 dollars a day which seems extremely high... I'm not getting that much traffic to my videos.

Do you use Adsense in any way? how much do you get? Is there any reason I shouldn't use it?

No, but if you do the tax form you need it.

What...? RSBandB rarely makes over $5 a day off adsense.

Are they serving video ads before your videos? Those would indeed pay a ton more than image/text based ads.

Thats exactly what I was thinking!

And no, just banner ads at the bottom of the video.

I'm certainly not complaining though!

Cool you are getting some ad payments. Maybe you had a few people just click a few times. Could be just an anomaly. Still, cash in hand is always good.

Lol YouTube was like "Hey sign up for ad revenue for your videos!!" and I was like wtf I hardly put any vids up and the ones I do are like only 200 views so I didn't bother. But if they pay lots for some reason then maybe I should have....
They also put like the square ads beside my vids even though I didn't sign up for it... maybe I will sue them for trying to profit off of me.................................................................
