Interesting to say the least. One could create a program to see if any changes occur..... *Thinks about writing a program and adding it to my server....*

Think I'm just giving up on this thing, if no bots are banned from the ones I reported on the 22nd I'm finished with this experiment and I think its safe to say Jagex does next to nothing about bots. Feel free to make your own topic like this and see how your own results are.

While it's safe to say Jagex hasn't done anything about these particular bots, they probably are dealing with a small number of them. Not to jump to their defence because I'd love to see bots disappear, but the sample size posted here is pretty low. They could also have a huge backlog of reports which would suggest they don't have enough people employed in customer services.

I have waited a week before posting whether they have been banned or not
and i'm pretty sure the one bot that was stuck running back and forth inside the bank should have been detected by their "automated macro detection system"
There is no reason at all that that bot should not have been banned.

And as for the small sample size, it takes a long time to screenshot their stats and set up this whole thing so that it is easy for other people to see what Jagex is/isn't doing about the bot problem.

How long does Jadex say they take? I would give it a month to be honest.

Not really nice that Jagex has not banned a single one of the people that were reported. :evil:

Nice work :D. Just wish Jagex would do something about these accounts, especially since you've done the grunt work of identifying (potential - benefit of the doubt and all) problem players.

What really frustrates me is how the 3 bots that were stuck in the same place for hours on end did not get banned by Jagex's "automatic bot detection system" There is not any excuse for that.

Bots to Jagex = money.
Money = good.

It's a lost cause.

If Jagex banned the bots that means they would just get their 5$ sooner instead of having to wait an entire month because the bot owner would just make a new bot and pay for another month of membership.
