Unable to change password or set recovery questions?

Hey guys, I know this doesn't relate to the website and most of you probably wont be able to answer this for me, but.

Whenever I try to change my account's password, under the account settings I get this error: The current password you entered did not match against our records. Please check you entered it correctly and try again.

I am 150% sure that I entered the right password.

Also when I try to set new recovery questions, it tells my password is wrong! Anyone have any ideas?

Any ideas guys?

This is your Runescape account?

Go to the Forums and in section ' Help from Jagex etc..' there is one for Account Help.

............ other very simple thing is Caps Lock or not but I guess you will have thought of that.

Can you use that same password to log into the game/anywhere else on the site? If so, than the above poster is right, the Account Help forum is the place for you.
If not, do you have an email address linked to your account? If you do, recover your account by email, and change the password to something else.
