Do you regret playing runescape?

Since ive stopped playing runescape for sometime now i think back and if i regret putting all the time into the game, Ive come to the conclusion that i dont regret it and in the time i spent i enjoyed myself, made friends and had alot of fun but thats just me and im kind of curious what other people think about their time spent on runescape.

I don't regret it. Runescape got me started in the world of MMORPGs, so without it I wouldn't be gaming like I am today.

No. RS opened up a lot of possibilities for me. I met a lot of awesome people and learned a bunch of cool stuff.

Though I do regret playing the game when my grades start tanking

This is a hard questions for me. Sometimes I regret playing as much as I did, if I hadn't started gaming in the first place I probably would have a bit better grades, more time for sports, etc. On the other hand, I enjoyed playing when I did (and still do), and there's no saying I would have been doing something productive with my time if I didn't play Runescape.

I really dont regret playing RS because if I start regretting playing this game, I will have to regret playing EVERY single other game I have ever played. I cant single out RS just because I have spent tons more time on this particular game.

I think the overall agreement is basically everyone enjoyed it while they played it and no one regrets that.

Na not really. I really don't remember much of High School but I imagine it would be the same. I was a pretty active rs player with soccer and social events after football games ( ;p )

what the hell do you expect me to do during the winter? No, I don't regret because between basketball and runescape its kept me entertained during the non-warm months outa the year.

I kind of regret the amount of time that I've spent lately, but it could be worse, and I really don't care because my grades are still good and I still go outside

I checked out my hours played count on RS and was shocked at it. Then i considered the amount of time I've sunk into watching films/TV, listening to music/waiting in queues/playing OTHER games (100+ hours sunk into gears 1 for sure **** knows how many total over the years) and it's not all that shocking.

If i stop enjoying it or start to feel regret I'll stop. It's as simple as that.

Yes.
Four years of nolifing wasted. I lost my teenage years because I spent too much time playing this idiotic game. But I guess it's my fault, I should've stop when I first saw I was becoming addicted. Or at least should've moderated my playing time.

To everyone spending 3+ hours on a MMORPG, Quit while you still can. Trust me, in the end, you'll regret the time you've lost big time.

No, I don't regret playing at all. It has become a very satisfying part of my life. In balance, of course, with my real life. It is a wonderful place as a "man cave" to crawl into at the end of a busy day and zone into another world, allowing you to chill out, wind down and forget about the stresses of everyday life. It is therapy for me. And, a very nice one at that. I really enjoy all the nice people that I've met as well, as much as playing the game. It's a hobby.

I do kinda regret it. Make me think of the what I could have spent the hundred's hours of Runescape. But even when I was in school, never was popular and all my friends played.
I wonder what my life would have been and I never checked out Runescape, It could not have been any worse then my life is now. I did have some fun times on the game, and many good memories over the years I hope to never forget. Sure.. it was all a waste of time (a lot of it lol) but If I could go back in time, not sure if I would change a thing)
