How many trys did nomad take you?

I just killed nomad, and was wondering how may trys you guys needed.
I killed him on 9th attempt.
The first few were tests using sharks.
Then i died 7 times using brews/restores.

I was lucky enough that it only took me 5 tries. I was cb level 112 at the time.

It took be I think 12 tries. I died around 6 times and logged off during the fight for the other times cause I didn't want to repair my barrows. To beat it, I used verac's helm, blk d'hide armour, zamorakian spear and ruby (e)/ diamond (e) bolts.

I think i did him on my 3rd or 4th try. But i did it on the day the quest came out!

Took me one try to kill nomad, but it seemed like that battle lasted forever. I took a pack yak filled with rocktail's, and my inventory contained extreme attack, defense, strength, and i think three prayer pots. The rest of my inventory was more rocktails. Also used a sara godsword for extra healing. I believe I had like 2 or 3 rocktails left when the battle was over, a very close call there.

I heard of him. Back when I played the strongest thing was like the Kalphite Queen or King black dragon.

well do you lose your items if you die? if so i wont do it for awhile...

You get a gravestone and you spawn near it, but if you don't pick up your stuff in time then yes... you lose your items. Just don't lose connection
