99 fletching

Well about a month ago, i started fletching because i wanted to make money to support my pking. Now i have stopped Pking in a attempt to reach 99 fletching, problem is that, i am tired of doing the same thing i did all the way to 88. So once i reach 90, im going to research the best method to get to 99.

Once im really close 1-2k xp away, i will message on forums and in-game a day ahead, so forum memebrs can come to my 99 party.

I honestly dont know how it is these days, but when I got 99 fletching (This was back before cap trade, like 3 years ago) It was actually faster to fletch Yew longs since it took so long to buy Magic logs, but it might not be true now days. Good luck though

It was my fav 99 skill, kinda got screwed time wise since now it is auto string. Use to be twice as fast to string.

I remember when I got 99Fletching, I got banned for autoing thats how repetitive Fletching is, and no I didn't auto for 99Fletching.
99Fletching, seriously it would of took me 3weeks to get but ffs! I got banned for 1week because Jagex apparently thought I was autoing.
But heres my advice, there are two choices you can pick to reach 99Fletching from level 90Fletching.
The fastest but most expensive way to get 99Fletching is to.....
use 36,710 Magic longbows and string them, for 99Fletching
or for the cheapest way......
you can use 32,860 yew logs to make yew longbows, for 99Fletching.

It's not that hard it just gets boring. I have 91 fletching and I used to (before trade limit and G.E.) make yew longs and actually profit somehow lol.
I've pretty much given up on 99 fletching due to the "string x" feature. I used to be able to string ALOT faster back then and now it's just too slow and you don't profit the same due to the G.E. But don't let that stop you. Just stick with it and it won't be long until you have that cape.

Who knows.. maybe ill start to fletch again just to finish it up lol.. we shall see

Yeh getting 99 fletching was a real pain in the butt for me also, The best way to 99 fletching from 90 is still going Yew longbows.. Its the best because you lose the least doing them over doing mage longs. Good Luck

I did Yew Longs, including stringing them. It went by pretty fast. Not sure what the fastest method is now though. Good luck with your goal, its a good looking cape!!!

well im getting 99 fletching too im close to 90 like 30k away and i've done maples from the level you could do them (sorry i forgot) to level 90 which im about to get atm making a hell of alot of profit now i doing stealing creation for double xp with yew longs. Hope this helps
