i'm fine with this.
it's unlikely that they'll increase the difficulty of monsters, since, like you said, there are many players who hasn't had a chance to kill them yet. so it makes the latter more likely to happen if caps increased to 120, and obviously, harder monsters/bosses would mean new, higher level equipment that will entice high levels to continue playing instead of quitting from boredom.
besides, i don't like the fact that the best gear is something that level 80 shark botters and green dragon botters can buy and wear.
