Teleport to ZMI is recommended or you can walk to ZMI. Get a Pure Essence then craft it to Rune, which there are stackable and tradeable.

You should teleport to ournia or w/e and use fire runes to bank. use all 4 pouches and abyssal parasite (lvl 63 summoning)

I'm sorry, I need to complete Lunar Diplomacy quest and talk to Baba Yaga in the Lunar Isles, so it will unlock the ZMI teleport, they also need 71 Magic. There are lots of Zamorakian creatures in the north-west of the dungeon.
