Edmonton isn't that small - 1 million people are crazy enough to live there, despite it's cold weather - it's averaging about -25 degrees Celsius right now, which is about -13 Fahrenheit.

As for the article, Snopes can't verify whether the letter is true or not, but it sure is funny to read.

I wish people were more like that down in Florida. **** people that try to park on my lawn then I have to go yell at them.
