i have never seen problems with it
and if you do restoring fixes everything
and plus apple will just about fix anything


Restoring failed me last time. ALl my apps got deleted after restoring, they were in the itunes library before, but just disappeared. I don't know why though.

50 50 chance just restore and try to update it.. It should be fine

I have an ipod touc (my third one) because apple keeps replacing them

I also have an iphone 3gs that my mom took away from me
