I have this one this year.
Its called The ZooKeepers Wife: A War Story.

It is possibility the most **** horrible book I have ever read.

Quote:
This is the true story of Jan and Antonia Zabinski, zookeepers of the Warsaw’s Poland Zoo, and how they risked their lives to keep many Jews safe from the Nazi Holocaust. This epic tale is unusual because the couple were practicing Catholic and generally safe from Nazi persecution. They took many risks to provide shelter as all compassionate patriots do.

^^Taken From: http://litmob.com/2009/01/23/the-zookeepers-wife-a-war-story/

So... What is the most horrible Summer Reading Book or maybe just a horrible book you have read?

I dont have summer book to read :P But I had plenty of book that I had to read for school, They were all BAD! At first, I'm not a fan of reading, The only book I loved was ''Know about yourself to know better about the others'' (It's a book of people analyzing, Very fun and enjoyable)

On topic, For the worst...Err...I think I'm gonna get myself killed but...(They're all books I had to read for school)

The Hobbit - SORRY BUT THAT BOOK SUCKS!!!!!! I HAD TO READ IT IN 9TH GRADE AND I HATED IT!!!! It gets way too stupid when they are singing!

Hello Max (or something like this) - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...Wait, What? Oh that was really boring.

Narnia(The first one) - I quit after the first chapter. That's tell you how much I hated it

Running Man
Spoiler for real spoiler:

IT ENDS WITH A NUKE!! A FRIGGEN **** NUKE!!!!!!!! THE WORST ENDING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEGINING WAS INCREBLY GOOD BUT IT TURNS TO CRAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Yes I know, I dislike classics like The Hobbit, but dont kill me :( I have too many evil plans to do in my life.

Wow, we had to read "Lord of the Flies" for English 9. I bet you would agree you would have hated it more at that age.

This summer I have to read the book "Cry, the Beloved Country". It's not that great but it is just hard to read during the summer.

Yeah, I read that book in 8th Grade.

As for this Summer, I had to read Maus 1 and Maus 2... but I haven't done it yet, and I Have like 2 weeks and I don't know what I will do and I like to go online and talk to friends and go to the candy store and eat pie, and also buzz lightyear.

The Scarlet Letter was pretty bad. So was The Awakening. On the other hand, Of Mice and Men was great.

Haven't read any bad books lately. However some good ones I have read were the Harry potters, pendragon series, because of romek, a painted house(wonderful), soldier boys and the list goes on.

Definetly all were good. Any questions on any of these pm me.

Well my brother's sixth grade summer reading list included Eragon, Eldest, and Twilight. I'm not sure which one is the worst out of those three.

I remember reading 'Lord of the Flies' at a pretty young age and really liked it, what did you dislike about it Kulla?

Oh my... The day schools start recommending trash like Twilight to kids is the day you know the education system is ****.

I endured the movie and I can honestly say I'd rather go have a lobotomy than read the book. They'd probably both have the same effect on my brain anywho.

Honestly, the book is a lot better than the movie. Still I can't imagine any school recommending Twilight to anyone... It's not exactly quality literature.
