It is quite nice, looks like a rainbow gradient is used, which I've rarely seen used

Just out of curiosity, why no text on the left?

Nice ones man, I really really like the one on the right, it has great color, and just overall makes a great impression.

Very nice job, lookin great. I have a thing for simplicity in graphics, so the left appeals to me in particular.

I need to get practicing photoshop... used to be quite good but I can hardly remember a thing now :\
