Your Family Crest?

The one I found said I'm Irish but my ancestors are Scottish? Not posting since it's not the proper one.

The tribe known as the "Scotti" to the Romans actually did come from Ireland. There really isn't much of a difference in lineage in the two since all of the groups in the British Isles have intermingled over the millenia. :wink:

My surname does not have a crest of any type. If we were to have one, it would definitely include midgets, mushrooms, and possibly cotton candy.

I looked up my last name (Lane) and there were two different ones but they didn't look really good, and I know my Poppop's ancestors are from Poland and the ones I found were English. I think all these family crests are all wrong though anyway.

That's because the surname "Lane" is of British/Irish/french Origin. So it's not a surprise you got a crest come up.

It's not like they *are* specifically ours. Although i do know for a fffaactt that my crest is correct. Because it's got lions on it. Which meant my ancestors where cool. And I'm cool so we must be related. And my star sign is leo. As in the lion. It all fits.
