Operation: Herblore (Revisitied)

Months, almost years after my first thread about getting 99 Herblore went by the wayside, I have decided to make another one. I just achieved 98 Herblore about 6 1/2 minutes ago, so now is a good time to start i suppose.

Experience to 99: 5!
