You should get attack because way more people have 99 firemaking and strength.

Strength is one of the most common capes, go for attack.

I think you should go for a 99 that will give you money to afford more 99s. Like Hunter, it will give you about 25-27mil? Pretty good cash if you ask me. Fishing is also a good skill to get 99 in. I think you can easily get 30mil+ from 85 fishing to 99 on lobsters

Why lobsters? Catch monkfishes

I made about 50m from monkfishes from 75 - 99.
