What F2P Npc is in your opinion the best to train on?

You can try the level 52 giant spiders in the stronghold of security. There is a little room with about 20 of them, and they will auto attack any level. After you kill 50, you can just run out then back in and they will auto attack again.

Also, next to crafting guild, there are some hob goblins, level 28. If you don't mind having to click on them, they would be pretty decent experience.

for just pure exp the lvl 50 spiders, for money ankous or the cockroach soilder, but if i want a mix of both maybe lessers.

Level 50 Giant Spiders are how I got 70 Strength. All you have to do is let your character fight & open up a new window, browing YouTube, emailing, eBaying, etc. You just have to watch your HP.

Hi,
It's all about your combat.
Low lvls= moss giants
High= lesser demon.
Remember to use Rune scimmitar as it is the most efficient, in my opinion, and in many's too.

I love the mossies, too. I have tried lessers and roach soldiers, but the damage they deal is not worth it to me. I'm going to stick to mossies for a while. Combat level 79 right now.

I think that you should train on ankous because they have decent drops, moss giants are alright though. I also know that ankous are swamped..

moss giants aren't bad xp, lessers also drop rune meds and other stuff like that. also, if i were ftp maybe i'd kill stuff in the third level of the security stronghold
