How do you listen to the Update?

Over a period of time. I used to listen to like 5 episodes at a time, but not anymore.

all at once on my Zune. usually Friday night unless battery is dead. and when i began i had to catch up so listened to like 3 a day

I listen to it late at night, I log out of RS & listen to it before I go to bed. I listen to it from the latest episode thing @ update.rsbandb.com, I sometimes check priced on the Grand Exchange database, check RuneWire, sometimes I go on FunOrb and play some Arcanists.
