Where is the best place to cut yews?

I hate cutting logs with 100 other people, i'm just wondering where and what world I should cut in. I really hope you can help me. thanks!

You are probably cutting yews next to Catherby? Well stay there but go cut them in a French or German world, less people there.

in gnome stronghold on the south east side there is like 3 trees with no one there

Probably between Lumbridge and Draynor or down in Falador by the air altar. There are 4 in Lum - Dray, and 2 I think at Falador.

There's also a few kicking around in Varrock if you find an empty (or french or german) world.

There are 3 trees behind the Varrock Castle. That was always my favorite spot to cut them. And if that is busy then the Gnome Stronghold is your best bet.

Varrock castle yews are always incredibly busy since the release of the grand exchange. Back in the day they were infested with dozens of wodcutting bots but I presume those are gone.

eh.. I remember woodcutting there four ears ago and there were still bots then. It's always been a fairly well-known spot.

i personally like to cut yews in prifdinas, the elven lands. its a bit of a run to get there... nobody is EVER there because its mildly inconvenient, but if you have 27 elven teleport crystals like i do, you can 1 click tele back to the bank at lyeta, effectively cutting your trip in half.

hehe here's a pic from my catapult construction quest guide that shows their location, because i'm too lazy to make a new pic

from right to left, there's a wire trap, a pit trap, and a dense forrest, the distance can be run non stop, monsters near lyeta "dire wolves". but the reward is worth it. 4 yew trees all to yourself.
