What made you quit Runescape?

I quit waay back during the huge update on unbalanced trades and the GE. I was getting tired of Runescape to begin with, frankly. It became too repetitive and I was discovering other games with better gameplay. I love RSBANDB so much that I've stayed ever since.

WoW is not better gameplay -_- i gave it a demo, and you can get much higher quality out of free to play mmos. try perfect world. i didn't go far because i was already absorbed in rohan when i was intro'd to it, but its one of the best f2p mmos developed to date.

I quit for a while after getting 60 in every melee stat...That was before I realized that I would need much higher levels than that to become P2P.

I quit because it was just boring for me... I still check the forums every once in awhile and listen to the podcast because I think they are funny and entertaining for the most part...

I quite because I just got bored. My friends stopped playing, and I just couldn't be bothered with it anymore. I came back a few months ago, trained my strength and haven't played since. I just don't find it fun anymore, not sure why. It seems to have become more of a chore than anything.

Thats kind of what happened to me, plus I found better things to do. Can't believe I wasted so much time on that game.

I've quit about 4 times, from anywhere from 3 to 8 months. I quit everytime because life was getting too busy and Scape was getting a little boring. However, real life sucks so I keep on coming back.

1. The game was repetitive.
2. Too many game capabilities taken away and replaced with sub-standard noob-friendly replacements.
3. I just found that I had better things to do with my time.

Xbox 360 > RuneScape

I don't even like RuneScape anymore, lol. It was only a game I played when I was bored, or when I was *cough* addicted to it. I haven't played in like ... 7 months now? >.>
