How did you start playiny rs

Grade 8, about 5.5 years ago. Friends were playing it, said I should try it out, they all quit, I stuck with it.

I actually played an MMORPG for a while called Sherwood, by Maid Marian. My brother and I got our guy to about level 45 or so (which is pretty good in that game). Then, my brother's friend showed him RuneScape, and he was hooked. I still though Sherwood was better, though, but I created my account just because I liked the characters' looks better.

My brother started, then I followed suit.

A few of my friends started playing it and it just escalated from there.

This was back in 2001, I was around 7 at the time and my cousin is about a year and half older. We were at the bus-stop and he started telling me about this game he found on the Internet, where you are back in oldtimes, where you can buy items, kill monster and play with Real People. And the whole Real People got my attention. So after school he brought me to the website and helped me do the tutorial. And I got addicted to it. He stopped playing in 2007 though And the only reason I still play every one in awhile is because most of my friends play it.
