hey i was wonderin like for example,if u have 99 str will u hit higher if u have maxed out 200m xp?

Only levels make a difference, you can pot past 99 though.

nope when you hit 200m it stops gaining xp

The only time people moved up and down ranks at 200M XP was when the bug was fixed that wasn't ranking properly in like 2006. XD I think it was displaying them in the order they created their accounts.

The hiscores display those with 200M XP in the order of who made it to the XP, first to last.

LOL, if I was the first person to 200m xp and then someone else got it and I was pumped I was be REALLY angry. All that work for second place lol
