forget it, it works. i was getting 8x smithing exp until it broke at lvl 65.

they only work in pvp.

i smith in Dareeyak (use ancients to tele there) then duel ring to fog, repeat.

ur best choice is to make plates or whatever that requires 3 bars, the more time you spend smithing, the less trips you can make.
