Though I like TuneUp Utilities, I can't recommend for you to get it if all you want is a few things. Which features specifically are you looking for? Most, if not everything that TuneUp offers can be found in free utilities.
Which OS do you have? Could have slightly different recommendations depending on XP vs Vista.
I'm using XP, and I would probably use all of the features it has if I get it.
