A man goes on a killing spree in a child nursery

Just heard on the news =| A man equipped with a flack jacket and several knives, visited a child nursery in Dendermonde, Belgium and stabbed 3 children to death and wounded 13 other people...
I mean, WTF!

Did the police shoot him, or did he suicide? Either way, if he gets to prison he's going to die. What kind of messed up life do you have to have for that to be 'justified'?

I don't know what happend to him, heard it on the radio while I was enjoying my fever bath of sweat. And I missed on the casualties, it's 3 deaths and 13 wounded

The man fled on a bicycle and was caught later. All kids involved were ranging from 0 to 3 years old.
I mean, even death penalty isn't enough for such atrocities...

that's a sick thing to do. What's worse is how the media always gives this kind of thing a ton of attention. A lot of times these people just want attention so maybe the media needs to back off a little so they don't get all the attention that they wanted :/

This is what torture is for. Death is the easy way out. This person probably wants to die anyways, that's why they did it. Don't give them what they want, punish them without killing them.

I know it sounds inhumane to torture but so is killing children(or any human being).

I agree. I never liked the idea of jail or death sentence, it's the easy way out to me. Obviously jail is suitable for most crimes, but for stuff like this torture is my preferred method of punishment. After they've been tortured for a few days they can be killed.

So you want to use another inhumane method, toture to punish the guy. That just promotes more inhumane acts which is bad. It is kinda hypocritical.
