Whats Wrong with the Xp?

I was fighting some Outlaws and notice that I should have got 77attack by now,
so I watched my xp when killing the monster. It gave me 2 attack xp when outlaws have 20hp.
and only 1 hp xp..... WTF!!
It use to be you get 4 xp per hit.
has anyone notice this?

I also read somewhere that Andrew is not incharge anymore
Maybe this has something to do with it

That is normal for an Outlaw, it has nothing to do with new management.

I think it's 4 xp for every 1 damage you deal but you can't apply things like that to every single monster. There are even ones that give no combat XP at all I think.

Andrew hasn't been the "leader" for a very long time (at least I think), to my understanding he was a founder of Jagex and a RuneScape Developer for years, not the leader or anything.

But even if he was, just because the leader is replaced doesn't mean the plan is going to change significantly, it's still the same team who... well do everything.
