Play a relaxing RPG usually helps me out, with some green tea. Seperate myself from this world.

I just bottle it up until somthing sets me off, then i deal with my stress. But if im really stressed out about a test or somthing like that then there are other ways.

I usally sit down and listen to sad songs-
everchanging rise against
mad world gary jules
swing life away rise against

or sometimes, some metal songs that are sad
gunslinger and MIA by avenged sevenfold

They calm me down while playing rs. Then i fix the problem. Also i im people about it, trustworthy ppl.

I really cant get rid of stress, but i'll try to forget about by turning on some 50's Music

it always put me in a good mood, but thats about it, sometimes I skip school for a day when im 2 stressed out and spend the day laying down

I said something earlier on this topic, but that isn't what I do when I'm angry or frustrated.

When I'm frustrated, I usually play a bloody and violent game. Such as Call of Duty 4, or Grand Theft Auto 4, or something equally violent. If I kill someone on the game, it's a good feeling, because it usually makes me feel better.

I usually play a video game, like a fighting game and beat up a character or two. One of my friends suggested that when I really mad at my old manager for taking away my hours so I couldn't work. I also play RS to relieve some stress as well.

I'd play my guitar, just put a few songs on a playlist and play them all. Or I'd go and meet up with the girl I'm seeing.

I wouldn't play a game because I'd probably end up losing, making me more frustrated.
