 Post subject: Microsoft Question.

Okay, so as some of you may know, my 360 RRoD'd, and I sent it in a good 3 or so weeks ago. I still haven't gotten it back yet, so is something wrong or is it just taking a longer time? :\

Phoning them would be a better idea. Asking on here will get you no where because the 360s aren't all sent to the same place, it all comes down to where you are.

My first got shipped to some place in England, my second got shipped to Germany of all places. Both times it took a week give or take a day or two to get back to me.

it depends what was wrong with it
if its a big problem could take 2 months like my friends did
and why rush them dont you want them to fix it right

There are 3 factors that affect how long repairs will take.

-How close/far you are from the repair center
-If you chose to use your own box or theirs
-How many other consoles are being repaired

Your best bet is to check the status on xbox.xom, or make a phone call.

They don't send you boxes anymore. You have to send it in a box of your own. :\

Oh, I remember they used to offer that you could use your own box or theirs.

You can tell neither of my consoles have rroded for a while.
