fake jagex mods

i have got a couple and today i got a funny one today

i loled irl who was he trieing to fool? Jez ppl think that others are that dumb these days sad... Anyways long ago i got pmed by such "mod" was same like: your acc has virus etc and we need your pass to lock it and stuff like that and said like ok me pass is you suck or you have just failed somehing like that was fun he he

I've had a couple of those before. What I like to do is "play" with them for as long as possible and see how long it takes for them to realize that not only am I not fooled, but they had obviously been already reported twice over by me.

Lol that made me laugh. Did you report him? And nope I never had one like that before. You should talk to him more for more information which is more evidence for Jagex to ban.

So long as you don't give out any personal information, impersonate another mod, nor break the rules yourself, I think it should be fine.

must of been ages ago since that happened to me but i didnt't fall for the trick... i think it's quite sad how they do this.
