Who got Cod: World at war?

Did anybody here get Cod 5 for xbox 360. I did and I like the play multiplayer and not zombie mode as much anymore. It was really cool at first but got bored fast. Most of my friends are still obsessed with it. So if you got the game for xbox 360 post here with your gamertag and we can play sometime.

I'll probably in the next week or so. I was surprised that the game got such great reviews. The only aspect which really appeals to me is the mutliplayer. It might a placeholder until the next Call of Duty game comes out :lol:

I got it, along with my M1A1 carbine, FG42 machine gun, canteen that's not intended for drinking, and gold clantag.

And I like it, but I don't think it will last very long. I miss my acogs

Telescopic Sight n00b@@@ Unless you mean on snipers, than yeah .

Multiplayer is exactly like COD4, just with a couple of things that need to be fixed. Maps are way too big, we need some medium sized maps. Double/triple shotting on single shot weapons just ruins the whole weapon category, and the bouncing betty glitch (triggers if you plant after killing someone) are some thing I'd like to see fixed in the next patch.

Other than that, I enjoyed the campaign much more than COD4's, especially the Russian campaign. The ending was was more epic than COD4's in my opinion.

Reznov going all "300" with the machete on the Nazi just made my day.

And Zombie Mode is just genius.

i got it for the pc. GOD all i have to say is NAZI ZOMBIES!!! it's just soo much fun to say. i finally did co-op on vet with random people. talk about lag but it was sooo much better than playing it by myself.

basically it's an average shooter with great graphics and nice perks.
nothing really changes besides and some great maps. my favorite one was the sniping map near the end. that was my favorite.

I played on it when it came out, but that was at a friends house doing an all-nighter. Got boring after the first 30mins.

If you were playing the beta, the beta DOES NOT justify the game at all.

Mr.Pl0x could you shove some spoiler tags on that ? I haven't finished the game yet. I love the campaign more than COD4's already and I'm only on the second mission. The online is fun from what I've played, overall glad I purchased it.

okay now i'm mad.
i got it for the pc, i got my rank all the way up to gunnery sarg. i tried to join a mulit game but of course the evil server authanticity failure pops its ugly head. and now i've lost all my rank, all my weapons and i'm back as private! god this is starting to seem a game not worth getting... i want my money back

Eh, sorry, I didn't really think Reznov killing a Nazi was a spoiler... You're killing Nazi's throughout the entire game.
